Rex Duffin

Rex Duffin entered the mortgage industry in 1978 and has been with the Sun American Mortgage Company since 1984. With a background including FHA underwriting training, construction lending, and Reverse Mortgages, Rex has abundant knowledge as a mortgage advisor.

His passion for helping people has developed into a referral- based business; with the help of an amazing staff, it continues to grow each year. He has been regularly featured on talk radio as a mortgage expert and enjoys reaching out to the community with valuable information on the evolving mortgage world.

Rex and his wife Susan met in 1978 while performing music with the USO. They have 7 children and 6 grandchildren. Their family enjoys being involved in the community and with their Church. In his spare time, he enjoys aviation, music, cycling and restoring old motorcycles.
