Jason Pistiner

Jason-Pistiner.png Jason Pistiner is a lifelong Arizona resident with close ties to the community. He is the father of two great children who occupy most of his free time. Jason attended the University of Arizona for his undergraduate studies, receiving a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Management Information Systems in 1998. Jason returned to the valley to attend the Sandra Day O’Conner School of Law at Arizona State University, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2001.

Jason started his law firm in 2002 and partnered with his longtime friend Robert Singer to form Singer Pistiner, P.C. in 2004. Jason offers a personalized approach to the practice of law, believes in exercising the highest ethical standards, and will always tell the client what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Mr. Pistiner has been responsible for forming all the Faires Investment Revocable Trust estate documents, including the formation and maintenance of the trust itself.

Mark Zinman

MarkZinman.png Mark Zinman is a dynamic landlord attorney with a focus on multi-housing communities and single-family residential property management issues. His practice involves handling real estate matters for property owners, property managers, and investors. This includes evictions, quiet title and easement litigation, fair housing disputes, and litigation resulting from trustee’s sales. Mark serves as outside counsel for some of the largest single-family and multi-family operators throughout the state and country. In addition to handling their evictions, he advises on their day-to-day operations and assists in the development of their operational policies.

He is also the exclusive attorney member of the Arizona Real Estate Investor Association (AZREIA) representing landlords and publishes articles in the AZREIA monthly newsletter. Mark regularly teaches at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in classes focusing on property management and landlord-tenant issues. On several occasions, he has testified before the Arizona legislature on landlord-tenant matters.

Mr. Zinman graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, with a Bachelor of Science in 2002, and from Tulane University with a Juris Doctor, cum laude honors, in 2005. Mark was admitted to the practice of law in Arizona in 2005. Since joining this firm in 2005, and becoming a partner in 2008, he has handled cases before all levels of Arizona state court as well as the United States District Court – District of Arizona.
